Problem
When opening The Professional Office a warning appears under the heading of Obsolete Data Structure, 'You are using an earlier version of the data. The database structure may well have changed. You may use the out of date databases to view data, but save operations may not be successful. Please consult your system administrator to upgrade the data to the new databases.'
This commonly occurs after updating to a later version of the program when the program was pointing to a different database. Once the database location is changed a message appears to say it is in an earlier version.
Resolution
Close out of the program and rerun the installation selecting Option 2 when prompted.
