Problem
Tax return is locked after a system crash
Resolution
Temporarily logging every user out of PTP Tax Platform and CT Platform will reset the locks. Alternatively:
1. Go to the Spanner icon
2. Select the Security tab
3. Enter the Username as PTP and Password as master (please note these are the defaults but may have been changed)
4. Select the tab for users with locked returns
5. Highlight the relevant user
6. Unlock – this should solve the issue
