Problem
It has been reported that the following error comes up when generating a FBI:
Exception at block 3 : Could not find a part of the path xxx where xxx is the path to the missing file
Resolution
This is due to PTP not being able to locate a file from the Schemas folder within the PTP data directory. Using the links below: Users are required to extract and then copy into the correct tax year folder in their data location e.g Z:\PTPData\Platform\2020\Schemas. When prompted say yes to replacing the existing Schemas files.
