Problem
In FBI there is a pre filing validation or FBI rejection referring to 'Address' or 'Line'.
Resolution
The address section on the Client Main Details tab, has restrictions of 28 characters on the 1st and 2nd line and 18 characters on the 3rd and 4th line including spaces. There should be no punctuation within the address. Please amend the address as necessary and resubmit the tax return.
