How to transfer shares from one member to another.
Resolution
Please complete the following steps:
1.) Open the register for the company in question and navigate to the Members tab.
2.) Open the member from whom the shares will be transferred.
3.) Navigate to the Share Transactions tab and click on New.
4.) Then select the type of share to be transferred from the Share Type dropdown menu and set the transaction type to Transfer.
5.) Next click on Find Member to select the member that will be receiving the shares.
6.) Enter the date, number of shares to be transferred and amount payable section.
7.) Finally click on save to complete the transaction.
