Problem
When submitting some forms to Companies House the following rejection is received. Error code: 508 Supplied Schema has been expired.
Resolution
This suggests the software version is running an out of date version. In order to resolve this issue please click on ‘Check for Program Update’ in the Actions panel on the left hand side. Alternatively the download can be found here https://www.iris.co.uk/support/ptp-software-support/downloads/.
The installation will need to be run on the server machine, or on the machine where the program is installed.
