IRIS Trust Tax: how to complete Form 50FS (Non Residents)

Resolution

  1. Load the client and relevant year
  2. On the left side of Trust Tax
  3. Trust
  4. Terms of Trust
  5. Non resident trust details
  6. Tick ‘Trustees are not resident in the UK’ etc and add in dates etc and OK
  7. Print reports – Form 50(FS) and you can load it

Also on left side of Trust Tax

  1. Misc
  2. Non resident trust (50FS) – fill in any relevant questions here
  3. For Example: How to fill in Q8 on Page 3: there are two areas under ‘Misc’ which need a value entry and they will trigger the YES answer:
