Auto enrolment is set to hit around 43,600 businesses that are to stage in 2015. It is vitally important that you prepare in a good amount of time for auto enrolment and this includes planning and creating a calendar for your journey.

The latest video from The Pensions Regulator (TPR) is a quick five minute guide for businesses to help them when it comes to planning for the workplace pension reform.

Heather Prescott, a member of the auto enrolment team at The Pensions Regulator guides you through a quick guide that can help you to prepare for the legislation and ensure that you remain compliant throughout.

Heather explains what the implications of your staging date are, how to find this information and that TPR recommend that you start preparing 12 months before this date.

Heather goes on to explain that TPR are sending out letters to every small business in the UK to inform them of their staging date and that employers must nominate a contact to receive any further communications from TPR.
