Documents Approved on IRIS OpenSpace are not returning to IRIS Docs

Resolution

We have been made aware of an issue between IRIS Docs/IRIS OpenSpace where documents approved on OpenSpace are not returning to IRIS Docs once approved. We would firstly recommend checking all of the settings in HERE are in place.

If all the settings above are in place then you are affected, we have raised this issue with both the IRIS Docs/IRIS OpenSpace development teams, any further updates will be posted on here.

Update 09/08/2021
The Development team believe this issue has been resolved due to a release on 05/08/2021. Any new approved documents will now go into IRIS Docs. Documents approved between the 19th July and 5th August will need to be manually saved.
