PWAFinalist | We've been shortlisted for the Payroll World Awards!

We’re excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Payroll World Awards, in the “Bureau/Service Provider” category.

The awards are held annually by Payroll World to celebrate and reward “best practice and professional excellence” and we are thrilled to be a part of this.

To get shortlisted for the Bureau/Service Provider award our RTI Managed Payroll team had to demonstrate outstanding effort under testing circumstances, significant improvements in performance, implementation of new procedures and success in a number of other criteria.

The past year has been a particularly trying time for any payroll department with the introduction of Real Time Information. RTI was the biggest change to payroll in 70 years and meant that PAYE data had to be submitted to HMRC each time a payroll was run, rather than annually at year end.

Even with such a major change being implemented, our RTI Managed Payroll team demonstrated why their clients choose to stay with them. 100% of their clients were migrated onto the RTI pilot scheme before the legislation was rolled out to all businesses, while still managing to introduce new quality control methods and processes (including IRIS OpenPayslips, our secure e-payslips solution) to increase productivity and improve accuracy.

Two of our RTI Managed Payroll clients, A.M. Nomikos & Son and ACT Conferencing provided testimonials to the success of our team, which you can read below.

The winners will be announced at the end of October so until then we would like to congratulate the team and wish them the best of luck!
