You are required to nominate a contact with the The Pensions Regulator to ensure you do not miss any important communications.
Before setting up any automatic enrolment details we strongly recommend you make sure your payroll software is up to date with the latest version.
Please visit our downloads page to check for updates to your software
In order to nominate a contact you will need the company PAYE reference and the organisation “Letter Code“.
The “Letter Code” is the 10 digit organisation ID or letter code on the letter you received from the pension regulator about automatic enrolment. If you don’t know your letter code you can find it by following this link, Click Here.
Your payroll software itself will not be able to recognise if you have completed this step. Once you have successfully nominated a contact click the “Mark as Complete” button.
