Problem
I am trying to clear the mapping on tag errors that exist in the accounts but the button to clear mapping is greyed out.
Resolution
To clear the tag errors take your report to iXBRL editor:
1. iXBRL Tag Editor | Save as | Save externally.
2. Administration | iXBRL editor | Load external file.
3. Validate | Clear mapping button should not be greyed out anymore, however if it still is then can you right click on the tag error and select clear mapping |
4. Finalise | Submit |
