Christmas Delivery Deadlines and Support Opening Times
As the festivities close in on us and the 25th December draws nearer, it is that time of year where we let you know about our Stationery delivery deadlines and Support opening times.
To ensure that your item is guaranteed by Royal Mail or Parcelforce to arrive before Christmas, you should place your orders by no later than Thursday 17th December.
This means that we can ensure to get the item prepared and sent out on time and to allow for the normal standard delivery to take place. Collections and deliveries will continue beyond this date as detailed above, but are not guaranteed.
The normal service will resume from 4th January 2016.
For our support team’s opening times, they are as follows:
- Thursday 24th Dec – 9am – 5pm (Depending on call volumes)
- Friday 25th Dec – Closed
- Monday 28th Dec – Closed
- Tuesday 29th Dec – 10am – 4pm
- Wednesday 30th Dec – 10am – 4pm
- Thursday 31st Dec – 10am – 4pm
- Friday 1st Jan – Closed
- Monday 4th Jan – Normal service resumes (9am – 5pm)
