The following are the opening hours for the IRIS support team over Christmas:
- Christmas Eve – normal hours (dependant on call volume)
- Christmas Day – closed
- Boxing Day – closed
- 27th December – 9am – 2pm
- 30th December – 9am – 2pm
- 31st December – 9am – 2pm
- New Years Day – closed
- 2nd January – Normal service resumes
If you need support outside of these times however, you can visit the KnowledgeBase 24/7 to get the help you need.
