NEST cannot receive auto enrolment favouritism, say pension providers

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has issued its first formal notice to an unnamed company which has failed to fulfil its auto enrolment obligations. A further 38 less-severe warning letters have been sent to other businesses in the period to 12th August.
