Problem
When trying to view a tax return for an earlier year 2001-2012, the error message I20xx server is not installed appears (where xx is the tax year concerned).
Resolution
The PTP Platform Earlier Years installation needs to be run on this particular machine. Please click on the link below to access the Downloads page and then run the PTP Platform earlier years installation, ensuring that PTP Tax Platform is closed.
