We're still here to support you over Christmas

Christmas is a busy time, and the last thing you want to worry about is running your payroll. Don't worry though, as IRIS is still here to support you over the festive period.

The following are the opening hours for the IRIS support team over Christmas:

  • Christmas Eve - normal hours (dependant on call volume)
  • Christmas Day - closed
  • Boxing Day - closed
  • 27th December - 9am - 2pm
  • 30th December - 9am - 2pm
  • 31st December - 9am - 2pm
  • New Years Day - closed
  • 2nd January - Normal service resumes

If you need support outside of these times however, you can visit the KnowledgeBase 24/7 to get the help you need.
